We currently ship within Australia and to Taiwan.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Taiwan Orders)

If an order is held at customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to clear the package.
6. Order Tracking

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the courier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
